CONTEST: ECO-THERAPY
Amid the flurry of Korean beauty brands in the country today, we’ve been fans of The Face Shop ever since it first came to Manila five years ago, back when Shai was working with a teen magazine. That the Arsainte Eco-Therapy line (multi-care cleansing foam, extreme-moisture tonic, daily moisturizer and organic cotton mask sheet) is one of our faves should come as no surprise to anyone who knows us personally, as we aspire to go natural, eco-friendly and non-toxic whenever we can. Apart from containing no animal ingredients, Arsainte has a “seven-free” formula: no parabens, no artificial color pigments, no alcohol, no artificial perfume, no benzophenone, no mineral oil.
Seriously, the stuff feels and smells good, with none of the stinging on the skin or in the nose that some products with harsh ingredients may come with.
And since July is The Face Shop’s anniversary month, every PHP1,500 purchase of products from the Arsainte Eco-Therapy line gets you this eco-bag.
Pretty, eh?
Well, we’re giving away both the eco-bag and the set of products above to one reader. Simply reblog this and share with us what you do to be eco-friendly. (Sample: I gather the blank pages of my notebooks from the previous school year and bind them into good-as-new notebooks for the current year.) You have to be following Love Chic on tumblr. We’ll choose the best answer by end of the month.
Trivia: That “hair bow” is actually Seph’s sock. Tee hee. /styling trick
I gathered all the bond papers that I wasn’t able to use in my thesis book or those pages that got doubled or even tripled and made them into a stool.
